Troubleshooting & FAQ
Online Ordering is closed, unavailable, or has no pickup slots
Check Store enablement, Pause ordering, Store hours, prep lead, scheduling horizon, minimum order, and item availability.
Overview
- Online Ordering availability depends on the Store being active/enabled, not paused, having an allowed ASAP/scheduled mode, valid Store hours, and a feasible preparation window.
- Near closing time, ASAP may disappear when Minimum prep minutes would push pickup past closing.
- Scheduled slots are generated from Store hours, Business timezone, prep minutes, interval, and maximum days ahead.
- A customer cart can also be blocked by Minimum order amount or current Product/Modifier availability.
When to use this
- Use this if the storefront loads but customers cannot checkout or no pickup option appears.
Step-by-step
- Check Online Ordering enabled and Pause ordering.
- Check Store Hours and Business timezone.
- Check Accept ASAP / Accept scheduled toggles.
- Check Minimum prep minutes, pickup interval, and max days ahead.
- Check Minimum order amount.
- Check Product/Modifier availability and online visibility.
- Reload the public storefront after configuration changes.
Common mistakes
- Do not shorten prep time just to expose slots the kitchen cannot meet.
- Do not pause the whole Store because one Product sold out.
- Do not confuse public profile opening-hours text with the actual hours used to generate pickup availability.
Troubleshooting
- If ASAP disappears only late in the day, compare current time + prep lead with closing time.
- If one scheduled date is missing, check that day's Store Hours and scheduling horizon.
