Customer-facing order clarity
Let customers see exactly what is being entered.
Instead of turning the register around or relying on a small payment-terminal display, the CDS presents the order clearly on a dedicated screen beside the POS.

Display the selected customer's first name and current points balance during service.
Thank-you and points earned
After payment, show a temporary Thank-you state with customer name, points earned, and remaining points when available.

The customer display is paired directly with its POS on the store network. Cloud services remain responsible for display settings and promotional content, while live cart presentation stays local.

Promotional media that keeps moving
Do not restart the same video every time an order changes.
CDS media playback is intentionally separate from the order state. An order can appear, move into Thank-you, and disappear while the underlying promotional playlist continues its normal playback.
