Mini Till's POS is designed for small hospitality teams that need a fast, reliable counter system — not an enterprise ERP. Take an order, apply modifiers, and accept payment in three taps.
Payments
Integrated card payments currently support Windcave only.
Cash and configured manual payment types can still be recorded in Mini Till. For a connected terminal flow—including payment status, recovery, receipts, and supported refunds—the available provider is Windcave. Smartpay and Verifone are not currently supported integrations.
How the POS flow works
Choose your POS device
Each store can register multiple POS devices with their own layout. Staff pick a device at login and the POS is ready.
Build the order
Tap product tiles, add modifier groups (e.g. milk choice, extras), apply item or order-level discounts, and link a customer.
Accept payment
Choose cash, an integrated Windcave card terminal, or a configured manual payment type. Split payments across multiple tenders are supported.
Print the receipt
Print jobs route to the correct store printer through the Mini Till bridge or a supported direct network connection.

Custom POS layouts
Arrange product tiles in a grid layout that matches how your team works. Each device can have its own tab configuration.
Modifier groups
Attach modifier groups to products — milk type, size, extras. Staff pick options during the order; modifiers affect price and receipt.
Discount types
Create percentage or fixed-amount discounts. Apply them at the item or whole-order level. Restrict by product or category.
Multi-payment support
Accept split payments across cash and card in a single order. Each payment is tracked separately with its own status.
Order hold and resume
Save a draft order and resume it later. Open multiple orders simultaneously on the same device.
Refund flows
Manage full or partial refunds from the POS or back-office. Refund records remain linked to the original payment for traceability.
KDS integration
POS orders appear on kitchen display screens in real time. Kitchen staff mark items done; POS reflects the status.
Windcave terminal integration
Windcave is the only integrated payment terminal provider currently supported. Terminal settings are store-scoped and sensitive credentials are protected.
