Set store opening hours

Overview

• Store Hours define the normal weekly opening and closing schedule for the currently selected store.
• Each day can be marked open with an opening and closing time, or closed.
• Hours are store-specific, so businesses with multiple locations can maintain different weekly schedules.

When to use this

• Set Store Hours during initial setup and whenever the regular weekly trading schedule changes.
• Review hours before enabling time-sensitive ordering features so the store schedule reflects real operating hours.

Step-by-step

1. Select the store you want to configure.
2. Open Settings → Store Hours.
3. For each trading day, enter opening and closing times using the displayed HH:mm format.
4. Mark non-trading days as closed.
5. Save the schedule and re-check each day before leaving the page.

Common mistakes

• Do not edit hours while a different store is selected.
• Do not enter a closing time that is earlier than the opening time unless the interface explicitly supports an overnight period.
• Do not use weekly Store Hours as a substitute for temporary product sold-out controls.

Troubleshooting

• If the form rejects a time, check the HH:mm format and the opening/closing order.
• If the wrong schedule appears, confirm the selected store.
• If online ordering availability differs from the normal store hours, also review the separate Online Ordering hours/settings.
