POS & Selling
Use the POS Orders list
Find drafts, online orders, marketplace orders, and past sales without confusing them with the current cart.
Overview
- Mobile POS separates order browsing into Draft, Online, Market, and Past views so different operational states do not become one long mixed list.
- Draft/Open orders include held or otherwise unpaid orders that may be resumed when eligible.
- Online and Market views surface orders from those channels and their relevant acceptance/status workflow.
- Past orders are historical/completed sales used for lookup, receipt/refund/customer follow-up rather than normal cart editing.
When to use this
- Open Orders when looking for a held sale, incoming/confirmed online order, marketplace order, or a completed transaction.
Step-by-step
- Choose the tab that matches the order's origin/state instead of searching only Past.
- Use Draft for an unpaid held/open POS order.
- Use Online for MiniTill Online Ordering workflow.
- Use Market for marketplace-related order workflow.
- Use Past plus search/date filters when finding a historical sale.
- Open the order detail before taking follow-up actions.
Common mistakes
- Do not expect every marketplace order to be resumable as a normal editable POS draft.
- Do not recreate an order simply because it is not under Past; check Draft, Online, and Market.
- Do not confuse order status with payment status; an order can have workflow state and payment state that need separate attention.
Troubleshooting
- If a held order is missing, confirm the correct Store/POS and refresh the order list.
- If a past order cannot be found, widen the date range or search using order/customer details.
- If an incoming order needs acceptance, use its Online/Marketplace action flow rather than trying to resume it as a counter cart.
