Operations
Menu and products
Manage products, categories, modifiers, prices, and store-level menu visibility.
Overview
- Products and modifiers are managed centrally, then each store can control availability, POS visibility, online visibility, and price overrides where supported.
When to use this
- Use menu management when adding a new item, changing prices, hiding sold-out items, or preparing an online ordering menu.
Step-by-step
- Create or edit products, categories, modifier groups, and modifiers.
- Set clear product names and prices that staff can recognise quickly.
- Use store product settings to control whether an item is active, visible on POS, and visible online.
- Review POS layouts so frequently sold items are easy for staff to find.
Common mistakes
- Do not duplicate the same product for every store unless it is truly a different item.
- Do not use unclear product names that kitchen staff cannot understand during a rush.
Troubleshooting
- If an item is not on POS, check product status, store visibility, category setup, and POS layout.
- If an online item looks wrong, check the store-level online description and image settings.
