Marketplace menu publishing and availability
Keep supported marketplace menus, prices, and sold-out status aligned with your MiniTill menu.
Overview
- MiniTill can reuse your existing Products, Categories, Modifier Groups, and Modifier Options for supported marketplace integrations.
- Marketplace availability and marketplace-specific prices can be managed per Store.
- Uber Eats is currently the supported direct marketplace integration.
- Other marketplace names may be available for manual order source tracking, but that does not mean they are directly connected.
When to use this
- Use this when setting up Uber Eats, changing marketplace prices, or checking why an item is still available or unavailable on a connected marketplace.
Step-by-step
- Maintain the main menu in MiniTill.
- Choose which Products should be available on the marketplace for each Store.
- Set marketplace-specific Product or Modifier prices only where needed.
- Publish or update the connected marketplace menu.
- During service, use MiniTill availability controls to mark Products or Modifiers sold out.
- If MiniTill reports that an update failed, fix the issue shown and retry.
Common mistakes
- Do not maintain a second copy of the same menu unless there is a genuine business reason.
- Do not assume every marketplace name shown as an order Source is a direct integration.
- Do not confuse MiniTill Online Ordering visibility with marketplace visibility.
- Do not ignore a failed availability update after marking an item sold out.
Troubleshooting
- If Uber Eats shows an old price, review marketplace pricing and publish the latest menu changes.
- If a sold-out item remains available on Uber Eats, check the availability update status and retry if needed.
- If an item cannot be published, review its Category, Product, and Modifier setup for missing or invalid information.
