Integrations and marketplaces

Overview

• MiniTill includes integration areas for accounting and marketplace workflows, including Xero settings and marketplace order tools such as Uber Eats where configured.

When to use this

• Use integrations when syncing sales, importing marketplace orders, mapping marketplace menu items, or reviewing marketplace settlements.

Step-by-step

1. Open Integrations from business settings.
2. Choose the provider you need to configure.
3. Follow the connection or mapping steps shown on that provider page.
4. Review incoming orders or settlements from the related sales and reports screens.
5. Use retry actions only after checking the original error message.

Common mistakes

• Do not expose integration credentials to staff who do not need them.
• Do not assume every provider is active for every business; some areas depend on plan, setup, and connection status.

Troubleshooting

• If an order import fails, open the import detail and retry analysis where available.
• If a marketplace item is not mapped, review catalog mapping before accepting more orders.
