Set up Uber Eats
Connect Uber Eats to a Business, match each Uber store to the correct MiniTill Store, and bring orders into MiniTill.
Overview
- Uber Eats is MiniTill's currently supported direct marketplace integration.
- Once connected and mapped, Uber Eats orders can enter MiniTill and follow the normal order and KDS workflow.
- Menu pricing, availability, preparation time, Ready status, and other supported Uber actions can be managed through MiniTill.
When to use this
- Use this when your Business has Uber Eats access and you want Uber orders handled inside MiniTill instead of re-entering them manually.
Step-by-step
- Open Business Settings → Integrations → Uber Eats.
- Connect and authorise the Uber Eats integration.
- Match each Uber store to the correct MiniTill Store.
- Review preparation time and Store settings.
- Review menu, pricing, and availability before publishing.
- Send or receive a test order and confirm it appears in the expected order/KDS workflow.
Common mistakes
- Do not map an Uber store to the wrong MiniTill Store.
- Do not manually recreate an Uber order that has already arrived in MiniTill.
- Do not publish marketplace pricing before checking Product and Modifier prices.
Troubleshooting
- If no orders are arriving, first confirm the Uber store is connected, active, and mapped to the correct MiniTill Store.
- If a menu or availability update fails, review the message shown in MiniTill, fix the cause, and retry.
